Alison specialises in Service Management and Best Practice, with extensive experience in IT Service Support and Delivery for Eurostar and Hewlett Packard among others. Alison accredited to deliver ITIL training, leading to internationally recognised professional qualifications from the ISEB exam syllabus. Steve focuses on technology strategy, with an emphasis on how applications and systems fit into an overall environment. His background in IT Operations provides a firm foundation for his later specialisation in new media, internet applications and content management.
