NorthStar offers a range of services which can be utilised by our partners, allowing them to draw upon our experience and expertise across a number of areas and disciplines. Training Training is offered in ITIL using both exam-related courses with ISEB accredited materials, and non-exam based training customised for you or your client. Training ranges from half-day management overviews and seminars to the full ISEB exam syllabus. Consulting We can supplement your organisation on an associate or referral basis, enabling you to offer qualified, experienced Service Management resources to your client base. Service Management maturity assessments, process design and implementation and staff mentoring are a selection from our consulting portfolio.
